Scooter Rental Booking

I, the undersigned, acknowledge that I am voluntarily renting and riding an electric scooter from Speedbikes. I understand that riding an electric scooter involves risks including accidents, injury, damage or loss, and I accept full responsibility for my actions while using the scooter.

Terms & Conditions

1. Rider Responsibility — I confirm that I am physically fit and capable of operating the scooter safely. I agree to follow all traffic laws and ride responsibly. I will not ride under the influence of alcohol or drugs. I will not allow any other person to use the scooter.
2. Damage & Loss — I accept full responsibility for any damage caused to the scooter during the rental period. I agree to pay for repair costs, replacement parts or full replacement value if necessary.
3. Personal Injury & Liability — I release and indemnify Speedbikes, its owners, employees and partners from any claims, injury, loss, damage or death arising from the use of the scooter.
4. Theft / Non-Return — If the scooter is lost, stolen or not returned, I agree to pay the full replacement value.
5. No Refund Policy — I understand that once the rental period has started, no refunds will be issued.

By signing this form, I acknowledge that I have read and understood all terms, conditions and liability waivers. I voluntarily assume all risks associated with riding an electric scooter. Indemnity valid for the entire rental duration.
